Sammmie's Invites and Favors

Late posting this morning. One of those days. But I am here, I promise. Today I have a little somethin' from Sammie's birthday tea party. These were the invites we sent out. I must say I was happy with how they turned out. I only had to make a couple of them but they were exactly what we wanted. Thank you to my friend Nicole, first for introducing me to tea parties and second, for loaning me her fabulous tea shoppe stamp set. It is officially on the wish list now....

I used MDS for the wording. I just love that I don't have to look up RGB color codes anymore. Just pick my color and print. Done!

And today I am giving you a two for the price of one on my posting. Favors too. I will show you more pictures from the actual party tomorrow. But here are some of the little goodies the girls got at each place setting.

They are our embellishment containers filled with Starburst Jelly Beans (yummy!) I used our antique brads, a little seam binding, and some of our new Lace Tape (LOVE!) But yes, before you ask, that is non-SU paper. I know, EEEK! Don't judge. It was cute and worked.
